Lawful basis

We process your data based on consent (when you accept our Terms and Privacy Policy) and legitimate interest (to respond to your enquiry and provide the assessment service you requested). Optional marketing communications require separate opt-in.

Third-party processors

• Supabase — database hosting (PostgreSQL) for leads, assessments, and bookings
• OpenAI — AI model processing for eligibility assessments and chat responses
• Resend — transactional email delivery for booking confirmations
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery

Data sent to OpenAI may be processed in the United States. We use providers with appropriate data protection safeguards.

Retention

We retain lead and assessment data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or until you request erasure. Booking records are kept for the duration required for consultancy operations and regulatory compliance.

Children's data

Our assessment is intended for applicants aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must contact us directly — we do not process minor data through the self-service assessment without verified parental consent.

Your rights

Cookies

We use essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your session, assessment progress, and cookie notice preference. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN when you visit the site.
